We have solid knowledge of the automotive industry in order to offer critiques of its processes, so that together we can be co-creators of a new structured, intelligent and automated process with a beginning, middle and end, i.e. from the insertion of an order in the system to the final delivery of the product, as well as the process of manufacturing and distributing these vehicles to partners (dealers). This keeps control of manufacturing on demand and stock, making it easy to rotate stock between partners if necessary.

This whole process enables a 360° view involving the customer acquisition, sales, business area, manufacturing and after-sales processes. Tracking can be done through cash management, enabling the factory and dealer to monitor sales performance and order status, with the sales process guided by an approval flow involving the entire management chain of analysis, invoicing, product manufacture and order release, as well as after-sales service.

The history generated enables analysis to suggest vehicle distribution based on the sales forecast according to the dealers’ planning versus the grid suggested by the factory, which will result in a confirmed grid and thus optimum control for vehicle manufacturing.

When it comes to sales forecasts, it is also possible to create a target process for dealers involving complex calculations and thus driving growth in the number of sales.
